Offiro facilitates the transaction but is not directly responsible for the return or refund process. Below is a general guide based on common seller practices to help you navigate returns and refunds:

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order:

  • Contact the seller directly within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While refund policies are seller-specific, most sellers offer the following guarantees:

    1. Full Refund: If you do not receive your order.
    2. Full Refund: If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (usually 45 business days, excluding 1–3 days for processing).
    3. Full or Partial Refund: If the item is significantly not as described.

Refunds May Not Be Available in the Following Cases:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the seller’s control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

EASY RETURNS

Many sellers offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, ensuring you can return items if you are not completely satisfied. Here’s what you need to know about returns:

  1. Eligibility: Items must typically be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Return Costs: Buyers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by the seller.
  3. Process:
    • Contact the seller to initiate the return process.
    • Sellers will guide you through the steps, including providing a return authorization if required.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back unless explicitly instructed by the seller.
